DT Rod Davis, Eisenhower – Davis, who has committed to Texas A&M, anchors what figures to be a stout Eagle defense.
S Bo Aycock, Memorial – Ayock was a playmaker in the Mustang secondary, returning one interception for a touchdown.
QB Darron Thomas, Aldine – The senior is a multitalented playmaker, accounting for over 1,500 total yards, and is being courted by several colleges
FS Craig Loston, Eisenhower – Loston, a junior, adds speed and skill to the Eagle secondary, recording 110 tackles and a pair of interceptions

WR Eric Lair, Lamar – Lair provides a tall (6’4”) target in the passing game for the district favorite Redskins

RB Yobis Walker, Brazoswood – Walker was an all Brazoria County selection last year, rushing for 1,393 yards and 17 touchdowns to pace the Buccaneer offense
QB Neal Warden, Clear Creek – Warden led the Wildcats to the playoffs in 2006, throwing for 1,993 yards and 16 TDs while completing over 60 percent of his passes
RB Kasey Carrier, Pearland – The junior will have a tough task replacing Foswhitt Whitaker, but has the talent to become the latest Division I running back to be produced by Pearland

QB Joe Simmons, Caney Creek – The senior speedster directed a dramatic Panther turnaround (state quarterfinal appearance) with 1,972 all-around yards
LB Kyle Mangan, Brenham – The Texas A&M pledge led the Cub defense with 118 tackles, and is the latest in a string of blue chip Brenham linebackers
S Trevor Brazil, Huntsville – Brazil intercepted 4 passes in 2006, and will be a two-way threat this season at running back as well

LB John Feagins, Furr – Feagins was a key performer for the district runner-up Brahmas, with 144 tackles and 4 interceptions

WR Darius Austin, Washington – Austin was a first team all-district selection (32-675, 10 TD), leading the War Eagles to a district title in ‘06
QB John Castillo, Davis – Castillo came on strong as a sophomore a year ago, passing for 1, 865 yards and 25 touchdowns, and will guide a potent Panther attack
DB/WR Dashont Williams, Sharpstown – The multitalented Williams will also contribute as a kick returner, leading a hopeful playoff run for the Apollos

RB Chance Casey, Crosby – Casey ran for 1,030 yards and 15 touchdowns as a sophomore, garnering 21-4A newcomer of the year honors
QB Durran Starks, Crosby – The senior joins Casey as a backfield threat for the Cougars, passing for 1,378 yards and 14 touchdowns
RB Mike Sigers, Forest Brook – Sigers led the Jaguars in rushing as a sophomore, and was named to the second team all-district squad

FS Ford Smesny, Dayton – The senior is a playmaker and a tackling machine (83 tackles in 2006) for the reigning district champions
DE Brian Davis, Central – Davis terrorized opposing offenses in the district with 7 sacks and 9 TFLs as a edge pass rusher

QB Brody Trahan, Dickinson – Trahan, son of Gators coach Warren Trahan, passed for 1,807 yards and 23 TDs while adding 700 rushing yards as a sophomore
CB Johnny Thomas, Texas City – Thomas was a big-time playmaker for the Stings’ defense with 9 interceptions and 1 TD in being named to the first team all-district team
QB Jacob Karam, Friendswood – Karam, only a junior, was named the district’s newcomer of the year with 2,003 passing yards and 21 touchdowns

LB Sule Osagiede, Lamar Consolidated – This senior is a rare four-year starter, and will likely break the school record for career tackles
